Joseph Gordon-Levitt Confirmed For Batman In Justice League!
I believe we have The Avengers to thank for this. Truly I do. Warner Bros. and DC have spent the better part of this year looking at everything Marvel did right with their box-office Hulk (heh), and they want a piece of that pie.
That’s why they’re taking Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s The Dark Knight Rises character, Robin John Blake, and giving him the keys to the batmobile. For real, and sooner than you think too. Warner Bros., not content to let us wait for the return of the Dark Knight in his own rebooted franchise, or the even more anticipated (if that’s possible) Justice League movie, are moving forward with plans to continue Nolan’s universe ASAP.
